Clear responsibilities protect the project.
Cabinet orders are specification-sensitive and may involve warehouse pickup or freight. Review the sections that apply to your order before payment.
Ordering and availability
The customer is responsible for approving the cabinet list, dimensions, quantities, finish, assembly choice, accessories and fulfillment method. Product availability can change before supplier release. If a paid item cannot be supplied as ordered, Crestmont will contact the customer before substitution or fulfillment.
Renderings and screen colors are representative. Final appearance can vary by display, lighting, natural material variation and production lot. Product specifications and the selected SKU control the order.
Free warehouse pickup
Eligible orders may be picked up from the Edison-area distribution location at no delivery charge. Pickup is not available until Crestmont confirms the order is ready and provides the required pickup instructions or paperwork. The person collecting the order must bring the required order identification and use a suitable vehicle.
The customer or pickup carrier must count and inspect the shipment before leaving when the facility permits. Warehouse hours, loading procedures and documentation requirements are confirmed for the order.
Freight and residential delivery
Delivery is not free unless a written order confirmation expressly says otherwise. For eligible PA and NJ residential curbside orders, the checkout displays the delivery charge before payment. Other destinations or services require a project-specific freight quote. Freight charges can depend on weight, dimensions, destination, residential service, liftgate needs, limited access, appointment service, redelivery, reconsignment and other carrier accessorial services.
The customer must provide an accurate delivery address, access conditions, contact information and requested services. Unless expressly included in writing, freight delivery does not include inside delivery, unpacking, installation or debris removal.
Inspection and damage claims
Inspect the shipment promptly. Note visible shortage or damage on the carrier paperwork before signing when applicable, photograph the packaging and affected items, keep the materials and notify Crestmont immediately. Concealed damage should be photographed and reported as soon as discovered.
The exact supplier or carrier claim deadline and required documentation will be stated in the order confirmation before payment. Missing that deadline or discarding packaging may limit available remedies.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Do not assume a cabinet order can be changed or cancelled after payment or supplier release. Made-to-order, assembled, modified, special-order or opened products may be nonreturnable. Any permitted return may require prior authorization and may be subject to supplier restocking, handling and freight charges.
The applicable cancellation point, return eligibility and charges must be confirmed in the order-specific terms before payment. A request is not approved until Crestmont confirms it in writing.
Product warranty
Forevermark currently states that its limited warranty lasts two to five years on parts and hardware and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The exact coverage period depends on the product and current manufacturer terms, exclusions and claim requirements; those details are confirmed for the products in the order before payment.
Crestmont can help route a cabinet-related claim, but does not expand or replace the manufacturer warranty. Installation and remodeling workmanship, when provided by an independent contractor, is governed by that contractor’s separate agreement and warranty. Review Forevermark’s current warranty summary.
Flat-pack and supplier assembly
Flat-pack cabinets require assembly and installation. Follow the manufacturer instructions and inspect components before work begins. Supplier-assembled cabinets carry an additional charge and may have different handling, freight, cancellation and return restrictions. Assembly does not include field installation.
Taxes and payment security
Any tax charged is shown in the checkout before payment. Tax collection is enabled only for jurisdictions where Crestmont has confirmed its registration and configured the applicable product treatment. Payments are processed by Stripe; Crestmont’s website does not store complete card numbers. An order is not released until payment and any required order review are complete.
Privacy, analytics and submitted information
Crestmont uses contact, project, delivery and order information to respond to requests, process transactions, coordinate fulfillment and provide support. Trade-account information may also be used to verify publicly available business or contractor-registration records and administer account-specific pricing. Project submissions and authorized attachments are stored in Crestmont's site systems for review and order support. Do not submit payment-card information or personal information that is not needed for the business relationship or cabinet project.
Paid-order records include the Stripe order reference, customer contact information, fulfillment method, pricing tier, totals and purchased line items. Complete card numbers remain with Stripe and are not stored by Crestmont’s website.
Optional website analytics may measure page visits, traffic source, device type, product interactions, shopping progress, clicks, scrolling and time spent on page sections. Session-insight tools are configured only after consent and must mask payment fields and personal form entries. Analytics data is used to improve navigation, product presentation and checkout performance—not to make eligibility or pricing decisions about an individual.
Visitors may choose “Essential only” when prompted. That choice is saved on the device and optional analytics will not load. Questions can be sent to carolyn@crestmontcabinetry.com.
